Mr Georgios Orfaniotis – Consultant Plastic Surgeon | Deep Plane Facelift Specialist
Mr Georgios Orfaniotis is a double board-certified, internationally trained plastic surgeon with over 20 years of experience in facial aesthetic surgery. Recognised as one of the leading facelift surgeons in London and Europe, he is best known for delivering natural, confidence-restoring results through advanced procedures such as the Extended Deep Plane Facelift, Deep Structural Neck Lift, Brow lift, and Lip Lift.
With a background in complex head and neck reconstruction and fellowships in Australia, Taiwan, and the UK, Mr Orfaniotis blends technical precision with an artistic approach tailoring each procedure to the unique structure and goals of the individual. Miss Georgina Williams - Consultant Plastic Surgeon
Miss Georgina Williams is a board-certified Plastic Surgeon working as a consultant at Imperial College London, NHS Healthcare Trust. She is also the Co-Founder of Montrose Clinic.
Miss Williams trained in reconstructive surgery across prestigious London hospitals including Chelsea and Westminster, St Mary’s, and Charing Cross. She also undertook further aesthetic training at the London Clinic and The Cromwell Hospital. Miss Williams became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS Plast) in 2018.
Since 2022, Miss Williams has worked alongside Georgios as part of the Orfaniotis team, learning first-hand his bespoke deep-plane facelift techniques and helping deliver the high-quality outcomes patients experience in a number of joint cases. Learn more about Miss Williams here.
Louise Finch – Senior Patient Liaison
Louise is the engine behind our seamless patient experience. With a background in high-level healthcare and relationship management, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the clinic while also leading our exclusive Medical Concierge Service. Louise is the first point of contact for many of our patients and remains a constant, reassuring presence throughout the journey.
Her attention to detail, focus on discretion, organisational excellence, and warm approach ensure that every patient, whether local or visiting internationally, feels looked after, informed, and completely at ease.
Lian Yarlett – Executive Patient Coordinator
Lian works closely with Mr Orfaniotis to coordinate consultations, appointments, and all patient communications. Known for her efficiency and calm professionalism, she ensures that every stage of your journey from your first enquiry to post-op follow-up is smooth, timely, and tailored to your needs. If you have a question, Lian likely already has the answer. Her ability to anticipate what patients need and provide reassuring guidance makes her an invaluable part of your support team
Dr Haneih Asadi – Surgical Recovery Doctor
Dr Hanieh Asadi is a physician with a background in intensive care medicine and a passion for improving the way patients recover from surgery. Working closely with Mr Orfaniotis, Dr Asadi oversees the pre- and post-operative recovery programme. From helping you prepare in the weeks before surgery to supporting your healing in the days and weeks after, providing wound checks and removal of stitches, and ensuring your recovery is backed by the latest medical insight. With a focus on minimising complications and enhancing your long-term results, Dr Asadi blends clinical excellence with compassionate care, helping you feel confident, supported, and optimally prepared for a smooth recovery.
Alexa Congalves – Senior Scrub Nurse
Alexa brings years of operating theatre experience and clinical precision to the surgical team. She plays a vital role during procedures, maintaining the highest standards of safety and supporting Mr Orfaniotis to ensure everything runs seamlessly. Beyond the operating room, Alexa is also a key part of your recovery journey. She will look after you on the day of your surgery, monitor your wound checks, respond to any clinical questions or concerns, and ensure your healing progresses exactly as planned. Her calm, caring presence and clinical expertise help patients feel reassured and well-supported at every stage.
Dr. Neel Desai – Consultant Anaesthetist.
With a calm, reassuring manner and an expert clinical eye, Dr Neel Desai is the consultant anaesthetist who will oversee your care on the day of surgery. He is passionate about delivering safe, personalised anaesthesia that prioritises your comfort and well-being, before, during, and after your procedure. Dr Desai is a senior consultant at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust and an internationally recognised expert in his field. He’s a speaker at global medical conferences, serves on editorial boards for leading anaesthesia journals, and is involved in research that’s shaping the future of post-operative care. Working closely with Mr Orfaniotis and the surgical team, he ensures that every patient feels informed, relaxed, and in the very best hands.
